According to news sources , the drug Multaq is getting a new safety warning after a study found increased risks of heart attack, stroke and death associated with the drug with a subset of patients that took part in the study. Self-Awareness Exercises Found to Decrease Fibromyalgia Pain
Recent studies have shown that self-awareness intervention and therapy can significantly decrease pain for fibromyalgia patients. The study included 45 women diagnosed with fibromyalgia, a chronic disorder with symptoms of excessive pain, tenderness, headaches and fatigue.
